The role of a project manager at Jaycon Systems is a very diverse position. This individual must be very detail oriented and organized. There are two types of project managers in our organization, customer oriented and production oriented. The customer is defined as the company, individual, or team you are doing the project for. Both of these roles must work closely with each other as well as the engineering, prototyping, production, and assembly teams. In this module, you will learn the basics of how to prepare for this position as well as how to find answers to questions you will undoubtedly come across.
